Hi, I’m Raghavendra Dipali currently serving at a level of Director for a HR Consulting Private Limited Company, I have been in to the industry for 15 years serving different aspects of HR Industry like Recruitment, Staffing (Payroll), Training & Development, etc. Yes, I have been dealing with International payroll, HR operations etc. I have been a mentor, trainer for couple of years then moved in to Human Resources Business, People Management etc. I understand the need of HR management skills because irrespective of any Industry you are into, your core HR activities remains the same. I have developed this assesment to test you as an effective HR & I have made all the possible efforts to test you on those HR requirements which I have been training to my employees form years together & which I have mastered from my experiences.
